No. S3zipper reads the objects from your bucket and writes the archive back to the same bucket — the compression happens inside AWS. Your access key and secret are used only to read and write in your account, and the download link is a signed S3 URL.
The one exception is metadata like file names and sizes, which are stored with the job so it can be tracked and resumed. File contents are never uploaded to S3zipper's servers.
